Employee & payroll data — information you enter about your employees (names, contact details, salary, bank/UPI details, attendance and leave records) so we can provide payroll and attendance services on your behalf.
Payment information — subscription orders, invoices and UPI transaction references. We do not store card numbers.
Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including running payroll and syncing attendance.
To create and manage your account, subscriptions, invoices and support requests.
To send transactional messages (email verification, payment confirmations, invoices) and important service notices.
To protect the Service against fraud, abuse and security threats.
